Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all agreements between AdsForce LLC (“Provider”, “we”, “us”) and users (“Customer”, “you”) regarding the use of the software solution Arvinor and any related services.

Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by the Customer do not apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the Provider.

2. Service Description

Arvinor is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to support operational workflows, including job and task management, scheduling, status tracking, customer records, and payment-related process organization.

We do not guarantee specific features, uptime, or technical configurations. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time, provided the core purpose of the service is not materially impaired.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period (typically fourteen (14) days). No payment method is required to start the trial.

Access automatically expires at the end of the trial unless a paid subscription is activated. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Taxes

Arvinor is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed within the application or on the official website.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges imposed by their jurisdiction.

All payments are processed exclusively through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

5. Term and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Customer Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

7. License and Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Arvinor for the duration of your active subscription.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Arvinor is provided “as is” and “as available.” Use of the software is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsForce LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive venue for all disputes shall be Houston, Texas, USA.

2. Applicable Privacy Framework

AdsForce LLC is a United States-based company. Personal data is processed primarily under applicable U.S. data protection laws.

Where users from the European Union are affected, processing is additionally aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

3. Categories of Data Collected

• Account and business information (name, company, address, country)
• Contact information (email address)
• Authentication data (login credentials, tokens)
• Usage data (application interactions, timestamps)
• Technical data (IP address, browser, operating system)
• Billing and payment data (processed via third-party providers such as Stripe)

• Provide and operate the software
• Manage subscriptions and billing
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Provide support and communication
• Ensure system security and prevent abuse

6. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

• Stripe – payment processing
• Supabase – authentication and database services
• Cloudflare – security, performance, and content delivery
• GitHub – infrastructure and code management

Where required, contractual agreements for data processing are in place with these providers.

7. International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. Appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, are applied where legally required.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational, contractual, or legal obligations.

9. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

10. Security Measures

We are not responsible for independent data processing conducted by third-party services. Their respective privacy policies apply.

13. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of use applies.
